Located in the social heart of Dubai with close proximity to Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Zabeel House The Greens offers travellers a range of facilities including co-working spaces, a rooftop pool, a fitness centre, two outdoor padel courts, and wellness and dining facilities.

 

About the Job 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technician to join Zabeel House The Greens.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • To control all technical elements such as sewage, water systems, electrical power systems, buildings, roads, pontoons, pedestals, all lighting systems, pump out systems, access gates, fire protection systems and all other equipment in the marina.
  • To be responsible for the correctness of the system for forced circulation of seawater, sanitary facilities, substations, pump stations, sewage cleaner, water tank, parking places, coast, and piers, mounting and other prefabricated facilities.
  • To organize disposal of dangerous waste with an authorized company.
  • To organize external services for maintenance of marina infrastructure which cannot be done by marina employees, to support the marina manager with maintenance budgets preparation for the technical department.
  • To check all marina safety equipment and systems. 
  • To archive project and technical documentation which is required for investments and maintenance.

 

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • High school and any other relevant technical diploma
  • 1 year of experience in the technical department.
  • Mechanical Background.
